‘Relish the Barossa’ Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 gm Barossa Fine Foods chicken thighs
- 1 small brown onion, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 x 500g jar ‘Relish the Barossa’ Authentic Butter Chicken Sauce
- Fresh coriander, to serve
- Jasmine rice, to serve
Method
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the chicken until lightly browned. Add the onion, garlic and ginger, then sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Pour in the ‘Relish the Barossa’ Authentic Butter Chicken Sauce, stir well and reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve with jasmine rice and garnish with fresh coriander.
