 We are looking for an individual who brings energy, positivity, and resilience to our highly motivated Sales Team! The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a passion for customer service. This role, known internally as Customer Service Officer is more than just customer service, you’ll play a key part in driving sales growth, finding opportunities to add value, and ensuring our wholesale customers have a smooth and positive experience every time. Based at our Edinburgh North office, this role is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday.  The successful candidate must be available to work 4:00 am to 12:06pm each Friday, with the flexibility to negotiate a start time between 7:00 am and 8:00 am from Monday to Thursday.
