Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Delivery Policy 
At this time, we only deliver our products within metropolitan Adelaide. Shipping costs are influenced by the value of your purchase. All orders over $100 include free delivery within metropolitan Adelaide. All orders under $100 attract at $10 delivery charge. Our delivery days are from Monday to Friday to most areas, excluding public holidays. Orders must be placed before 12pm on a business day prior to delivery. For Monday delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm on Friday. All transactions are made in AUD.

Refund Policy 
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where products are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Customer Service Policy 
Barossa Fine Foods is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you the morning of your delivery.

Fresh Chicken
Our chickens are killed on Monday mornings and we don't receive them until Monday afternoon, therefore we are unable to deliver fresh chickens until Tuesday.
