Wild Smoked Salmon Bagel

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, cut in half
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • ½ cup red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 pkts Barossa Fine Foods Wild Smoked Salmon
  • 1 avocado, cut in half, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper, to season

Method

  1. Place the bottom half of each bagel onto a serving platter or individual plates.
  2. Evenly divide the watercress, red onion, smoked salmon and avocado between the 4 bagels.
  3. Dress each bagel with crème fraîche and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
