Wild Smoked Salmon Bagel

Ingredients
- 4 bagels, cut in half
- 1 bunch watercress
- ½ cup red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 pkts Barossa Fine Foods Wild Smoked Salmon
- 1 avocado, cut in half, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper, to season
Method
- Place the bottom half of each bagel onto a serving platter or individual plates.
- Evenly divide the watercress, red onion, smoked salmon and avocado between the 4 bagels.
- Dress each bagel with crème fraîche and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
