Smoked Chicken Sliders with Kale Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 pkt (10 each) brioche slider buns, halved
- 2 pkts Barossa Fine Foods Smoked Chicken
- 1 pkt kale slaw with dressing
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Method
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns onto a serving platter. Set aside.
- Place the kale slaw and red onion into a mixing bowl and toss with the dressing (or mayonnaise), using just enough to lightly coat the slaw.
- Evenly divide the dressed slaw between the 10 buns.
- Fold each slice of smoked chicken in half, then in half again so it fits the slider bun. Place on top of the slaw.
- Top each with a bun lid and serve.
