Smoked Chicken Sliders with Kale Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (10 each) brioche slider buns, halved
  • 2 pkts Barossa Fine Foods Smoked Chicken
  • 1 pkt kale slaw with dressing
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns onto a serving platter. Set aside.
  2. Place the kale slaw and red onion into a mixing bowl and toss with the dressing (or mayonnaise), using just enough to lightly coat the slaw.
  3. Evenly divide the dressed slaw between the 10 buns.
  4. Fold each slice of smoked chicken in half, then in half again so it fits the slider bun. Place on top of the slaw.
  5. Top each with a bun lid and serve.
