Saltbush Crusted Smoked Beef & Caramelised Onion Relish Panini

Ingredients

  • 4 good quality panini
  • 2 pkts 80g Barossa Fine Foods Saltbush Crusted Smoked Beef
  • 2 cups rocket leaves
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup Beerenberg Caramelised Onion Relish

Method

  1. Cut each panini in half lengthways.
  2. On the bottom halves, evenly layer the tomato slices, rocket, and 2 slices of Swiss cheese per panini.
  3. Evenly divide the smoked beef over the cheese, then spoon over the caramelised onion relish.
  4. Top with the remaining panini halves and serve.
