Farmer's Wood Smoked Ham & Cheese Scrolls

Ingredients
- 1pkt Barossa Fine Foods Farmer’s Wood Smoked Ham
- 100g cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper, to season
Method
- Preheat a fan-forced oven to 175°C.
- Cut the ham crossways into 4 even strips, then finely slice in the other direction. Set aside.
- Keep the puff pastry chilled to make it easier to handle. Lay the sheet of puff pastry out onto a board and remove any plastic film.
- Evenly spread the sliced ham over the puff pastry, then top with the grated cheddar cheese. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Starting from one end, roll the pastry sheet into a log shape (This does not need to be a tight roll).
- Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 even pieces. Place each piece, cut side up, onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
- Place into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, ensuring the bases are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and transfer onto a cooling rack. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
