Production Worker - Multiple Roles

Barossa Fine Foods is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team within our food manufacturing facility. These positions are permanent full time, 38 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

Positions and main responsibilities include

• Ham and Bacon Curer - Make, prepare, ferment and pack a variety of pork products, ensuring relevant equipment is used adhering to food quality requirements.
• High Risk Slicing and Packing - Use machines to slice and pack products and prepare for distribution in a high-quality controlled environment.
• Boner - Responsible for the safe use of knives to cut, trim, debone and skin fresh meat (pork) adhering to food quality requirements. Suitable for someone with knife experience from a similar role.
• Unqualified Butcher – Support processing from the boning line of fresh meat products using various machinery

Store Team Member - Permanent Part Time - Barossa Fine Foods Edinburgh North

We are seeking a permanent part-time Store Team Member for our Barossa Fine Foods Factory Store at Edinburgh North.

As the face of our brand, you will deliver high quality customer service through knowledge of our products and a warm and professional approach. You will undertake food service duties which include, but are not limited to, the preparation of hot beverages and preparing and cooking food offerings in a fast-paced environment You will be involved in the preparation of products and replenishment of stock for sale, using knives and slicing machinery, while ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment is maintained.

Applicants must be available to work the following shifts and have the ability to work Wednesday and Friday on an adhoc basis.

Monday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Tuesday 7:30am - 3:00pm

Thursday 10:00am - 2:30pm

Production Supervisor

The Opportunity

With the introduction of a second production shift, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor.

Based at our food manufacturing facility in Edinburgh North, this role works Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:36pm, and reports to the Production Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our second shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently achieved.
