The Opportunity

With the introduction of a second production shift, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor.

Based at our food manufacturing facility in Edinburgh North, this role works Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:36pm, and reports to the Production Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our second shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently achieved.

This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their leadership career. You will lead a small team, support a positive and safe working environment, and play an important role as the business continues to grow and expand its production operations.
