Mini Meatlover Pizzas

Ingredients
- 800g pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup plain flour, for rolling
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Barossa Fine Foods beef sausages
- 300g tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 20 slices Barossa Fine Foods Hungarian salami
- 5 slices Barossa Fine Foods ham off the bone
- 200g mozzarella, grated
- 1 bunch fresh basil
Method
- Preheat the fan-forced oven to its highest temperature.
- Divide the pizza dough into 80g pieces. Dust the bench with flour and roll each piece of dough to approximately 10cm wide. Set aside.
- Remove the skins from the sausages and break the meat into small pieces using your fingers. Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the sausage meat and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
- Spread sugo onto each piece of dough.
- Place two slices of salami on each pizza. Tear each slice of ham into four pieces and place two pieces over the salami. Evenly divide the cooked sausage meat between the pizzas, then top with mozzarella.
- Place the pizzas onto a lightly floured baking tray.
- Place the pizzas into the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve.
