Crispy Parmesan & Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 600g brussel sprouts, halved
  • 200g Schulz Bacon, large diced
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan, shaved
  • Sea salt, to season

Method

  1. Place a large pot of water over high heat and bring to the boil. Add the brussel sprouts and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and set aside.
  2. Place a large non-stick frypan over high heat and add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once hot, fry the bacon until golden brown, then add the brussel sprouts and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from the heat, transfer to a serving bowl, season with sea salt, sprinkle with shaved parmesan and serve.
