Beef Sausage & Vegetable BBQ Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 x 480g pack of Barossa Fine Foods Beef Sausages, each cut into 6 even pieces
- 1 red capsicum, cut into large pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into large pieces
- 2 zucchinis, thickly sliced
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- Cracked black pepper, to season
- 8 x 20cm wooden or metal skewers
- Tomato chutney, to serve
Method
- Preheat a BBQ grill on a high heat or a fan-forced oven to 200°C.
- Thread the sausage pieces and vegetables onto the 8 skewers, alternating them for an even mix. Set aside.
- Mix the BBQ sauce with 2 teaspoons of warm water and combine well, then brush over the skewers.
- Cook on the BBQ for 3-4 minutes on each side, or in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and slightly burnished.
- Remove and serve with tomato chutney.
