Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1 Cup Basil leaves
  • ½ Cup Mint leaves
  • ½ Cup Dill fronds
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbls baby capers, drained
  • ½ Cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbls lemon juice
  • Sea salt & ground black pepper

Method

  1. Place the fresh herbs, garlic & baby capers in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.
  2. Add the olive oil in steady stream, mix until well combined.
  3. Add lemon juice & mix well, season with sea salt & ground black pepper.
