Mild Italian Sausage & Artichoke Pizza

  • 2 Mild Italian Sausages
  • 3 artichokes, tinned
  • 10 green olives, pitted
  • 60gm Smoked mozzarella
  • tomato sugo
  • black pepper
  • fresh oregano
  • Pizza dough


  1. Carefully remove the sausage skins & break into 2cm pieces, sauté in a pan until ½ cooked
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured board, top with the sugo sauce
  3. Arrange the sausage, artichokes (cut into .’s) & green olives on top of the pizza
  4. Cut mozzarella into slices & place on the pizza
  5. Cook the pizza till the cheese is golden brown & garnish with fresh oregano leaves & cracked black pepper
