Caper Gremolata

  • 1 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Zest of one Lemon
  • 2 tbls Baby Capers
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper


  1. Wash and finely chop the Italian parsley, finely chop the garlic and roughly chop the baby capers.
  2. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and season with the black pepper.
