Naturally double smoked with real wood chips, our leg ham on the bone is created using our 30 year old recipe. Awarded 2011 Best Australian Ham on Bone & 2013/2014 Best SA Ham on Bone in the National Pork Competition. Approx 9-11kg per ham.
Serving Suggestion: Glazed, Oven Heated and Carved.
