Barossa Fine Foods will have a stand at this years Good Food and Wine Show at the Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre at Darling Harbour. The event starts Friday the 3rd and runs until Sunday the 5th.
We will be selling a great range of salamis, mettwurst, biersticks, french salami rings, beef jerky, drowors and much more.
If your in Sydney with not much to do come down and check out the stall and the show in general, its filled with gourmet foods for you to try and take home!!

Schulz Butcher Angaston turns 70

The shop in Angaston, Barossa Valley owned by family meat and smallgoods company Barossa Fine Foods, celebrates its 70th year of continuous operation.
To celebrate the occasion three new but old products have been created, a hand sewn Heritage smoked leg ham, a hand pressed Heritage cooked ham and a Heritage cooked beef silverside. All three products are made without the use of phosphates and are made true to methods used 40-60 years ago.
Shop manager Peter Barratt, who began working at the shop in 1984, says,' this shop has been serving the community since 1939 and it's in great shape to be here for another 70 years.' The store still produces and sells local favourites including fritz, mettwurst, black and white puddings, smokehouse bacon and fresh pork sausages.
